Our story
After the lockdown, I spent 10 months as a home baker, gaining valuable experience in customer interactions, which proved to be an amazing learning experience. Wanting to elevate my professionalism, I enrolled in the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts for a comprehensive diploma. After nine months of intensive training and a four-month internship, I earned the title of Pastry Chef.
My internship at French Bite Patisserie in Hauz Khas, Delhi, was a pivotal chapter where mentors Chef Vritti and Chef Yogesh played a crucial role in my growth and learning. The skills they imparted are forever etched in my memory.
Established since 2020
C&C’s story began during the lockdown when, like many others, I discovered a newfound interest in baking. Little did I anticipate that this newfound passion would lead me to the career path I’ve chosen. For me, baking goes beyond mere income; it’s a source of joy when I create cakes or brownies for special occasions, becoming an integral part of others’ happiness.
It was during these moments that I realized my aspiration to be someone who brings smiles to children’s faces as they enjoy a cupcake or a slice of cake.
